Key figures
- Exhibitors: 120
- Vehicles in clearance: more than 120 according to the event brief
These indicators outline the commercial scale for sales teams and distributors targeting direct sales or stock clearance.
Exhibitor profile and commercial opportunities
Expect a combination of major brands, dealer stands and specialist converters. Distinguish between exhibitors focused on retailing vehicles and those offering accessories or finance. The format favors on-site demonstrations and short test drives, which are useful for technical selling.
How to prioritise your on-site agenda
- Shortlist exhibitors in advance by product fit with your sales portfolio.
- Schedule visits during quieter slots, early morning or late afternoon, for hands-on checks.
- Bring technical sheets and comparison materials to discuss specifications and purchase terms on the spot.
Practical tips for operations at the venue
The outdoor layout requires weather-ready logistics. Adopt a simple lead classification system on site: tag contacts by commercial interest and follow-up priority. If you provide financing or after-sales, highlight these offers early; they often influence purchasing decisions for leisure vehicles.
