Commercial prospecting and networking advice
Ptak Warsaw Expo is a large-scale trade fair center so logistics and visibility require planning. Practical steps for commercial teams:
- Preselect 10–15 high-value prospects and set meetings before the fair.
- Carry multilingual technical datasheets and high-resolution product images for stand discussions.
- Coordinate transport and placement of boats or large components well ahead of build-up days in halls E and F.
- Use conference sessions to connect technical leads with product managers.
A competition run by the National Chamber of Trade together with Ptak Warsaw Expo awards standout exhibitors and can boost a company’s profile during the show.
