The Zukunftsforum Brandschutz examines future technologies while the VdS-BrandSchutzTalk stages 90-minute expert discussions. The exhibitor forum hosts short product pitches of 15 to 20 minutes, plus guided fair tours and live demonstrations that let attendees test equipment and solutions onsite.
H2 Key figures
The prior edition reported 5,200 visitors, 180 exhibitors and 120 speakers and moderators. Over 100 talks were distributed among the specialist conferences and forums, underscoring the event’s technical orientation and international reach.
H2 Practical prospecting guide for exhibitors and visitors
Set precise goals before attending and shortlist the top targets based on solution fit. Prepare concise technical datasheets and a demo script that fits a 10-minute window. Use the exhibitor forum to launch new products and the guided Messerundgänge to map live demos worth attending. Schedule meetings between sessions to avoid conflict with the specialist conferences and segment outreach by product area: detection, sprinkler systems, building fire protection and emergency organization.
H2 Closing note and registration link
For teams evaluating equipment or seeking technical buyers, the 2–3 December edition centralizes product demonstrations, expert talks and buyer traffic. Registration details, exhibitor information and the full program are available at the official site https://bst.vds.de.
