The UK HR calendar includes a Manchester event in early November. CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition 2026 takes place 4 to 5 November 2026 at Manchester Central Convention Complex and targets senior HR leaders, training providers and consultancies.
Dates and venue for the 2026 edition
The conference runs over two days, 4 to 5 November 2026, at Manchester Central Convention Complex. CIPD delivers the event in partnership with Wonderly, part of Haymarket Media Group Ltd. Ticket and customer service enquiries go to cipdevents.tickets@wonderly.agency and sales or sponsorship enquiries to cipdevents.sales@wonderly.agency.
Attendee profile and exhibitor mix
Communications describe the audience as senior HR professionals. That group typically includes heads of talent, organizational development leads, compensation specialists and teams working on people analytics. Exhibitors will be providers of HR software, consultancies and learning vendors seeking engagement with decision makers.
Practical B2B outreach for exhibitors
Focus outreach on a shortlist of target organisations and book meetings in advance. Prepare concise case studies that show measurable outcomes and map your offer to common procurement criteria in HR teams. Organise lead capture processes that allow same day qualification and assign follow up owners with clear deadlines for next steps.
Participation and commercial contacts
Sponsorship and exhibition options are coordinated through the sales team. For exhibition space and partnership packages contact cipdevents.sales@wonderly.agency. Speaking proposals can be directed to hannah.capstick@wonderly.agency. Use these contacts to align commercial opportunities before you arrive in Manchester.
Closing recommendation and official link
