Visitor profiles will lean technical and operational, including procurement leads, contractors and fleet managers.
Preparing your B2B prospecting at MAWEV Show 2027
A practical playbook to convert visits into business:
- Priority targets: pick 8 to 12 exhibitors and time your visits around scheduled demos. Create a single-page evaluation sheet per vendor.
- Pre-book demos: request focused demonstrations and, where possible, side-by-side comparisons on the test track.
- Technical pitch: craft 60-second value statements around cost per operating hour, cycle efficiency and after-sales support.
This approach helps capture measurable insights during the event and accelerates decision cycles.
How to manage a site visit effectively
Schedule outdoor demonstrations in the morning when conditions are most consistent. Bring tools for technical note-taking and photography, and include a maintenance technician if fleet support and spare parts access are decision factors.
