How to prepare B2B prospecting at Elexshow 2027
Set clear objectives per visit. Choose the product ranges you will showcase and distil three technical messages that address common installer pain points. Book demonstration slots for products that need hands-on explanation and prepare concise technical datasheets with part numbers for quick ordering.
Create a schedule of short meetings. Identify target exhibitors or buyers and request meeting slots where possible. Bring representative samples and compatibility lists to speed technical clearance and purchase decisions at the stand.
Use seminars and demos to open technical conversations
CPD accredited seminars are an efficient trigger for technical discussions. Attend sessions on regulation updates or installation practice and link your product benefits to compliance and installation outcomes. In live demos, focus on operational advantages and installation checks that attendees can verify immediately.
