Moving from school to the workplace requires moments of direct contact between students and training providers. The Día del Aprendizaje at BBZ Norderstedt concentrates those moments into a single practical day focused on apprenticeships and employer encounters.
When and where the event takes place
The fair takes place on 21 November 2026 and runs from 10:00 to 14:00 at BBZ Norderstedt. The centre address is Moorbekstraße 17, 22846 Norderstedt. Organizers can be reached via tagderausbildung@bbz-norderstedt.de or by phone at 040 52203-146.
Who exhibits and who attends
Exhibitors are primarily companies and institutions that offer apprenticeship programs, internships and initial vocational training. The BBZ site lists an Ausstellerliste 2026 and a Forum & Standplatzübersicht with stand positions. Attendees are students and young people exploring concrete training options and employer contacts.
Actionable steps for approaching employers
- Review the Ausstellerliste 2026 before the event and mark the companies you want to visit. Limit targets to a manageable number.
- Craft a one-line professional summary that states your interest and possible training area. Tailor it to each organization.
- Carry updated CVs in print and digital formats and hand them to HR or apprenticeship officers at stands.
- Record names and contact details and send a follow-up email with your CV within 48 hours to keep the dialogue active.
Practical tips for the day
With only four hours on site, prioritize. Visit priority exhibitors first and use remaining time for additional questions and document delivery. The BBZ publishes a floor plan and stand overview that helps plan a route across the venue.
After the fair
Turn contacts into next steps by sending tailored applications, requesting interviews or signing up for selection processes. A short follow-up plan clarifies which contacts are worth pursuing and which require further information.
