How to prepare B2B prospecting at Caravaning 2027
Map target brands and request meetings in advance. Book time slots with distributors and conversion workshops on days set aside for trade. Bring technical datasheets and clear pricing options to share after meetings. Sales teams should focus on hands-on demonstrations and on-vehicle trials. Log each contact with concise notes and a clear next step to maintain momentum after the show.

The event takes place at Fira de Barcelona Gran Via. Coordinate delivery and build schedules with the venue services if transporting heavy or bulky items.
