Exhibitor profile and actionable prospecting tips
Exhibitors combine specialized retail dealers, private collectors and small restoration workshops. To convert presence into commercial outcomes focus on three steps. First, preselect exhibitors by product category and reach out before the fair. Second, bring physical catalogs and a concise contact sheet with clear purchasing terms and lead times. Third, schedule short on-site meetings and reserve quieter time slots for technical discussions.
The international mix of collectors and specialist sellers makes the fair useful for sourcing rare items and secondary distributors. Expect to negotiate lot conditions and logistics, so have shipping and payment options defined before the event.
