Practical tactics for B2B prospecting at Ausbildungskompass 2026
- Segment your targets
- Decide whether you are recruiting apprentices, promoting dual training programs or building partnerships with schools. Tailor materials accordingly.
- Prepare concise collateral
- Bring one-page summaries for each apprenticeship with key facts such as duration, shifts and entry requirements. A QR code linking to application forms speeds follow up.
- Schedule staffing and demos
- Cover peak hours between 9 00 and 15 00 and plan short on-stand demonstrations when appropriate. Assign staff to handle immediate enquiries and to manage group visits.
- Capture leads and set next steps
- Use a simple lead form to record student and guardian details. Define who will perform first outreach after the fair and set deadlines for replies.
Practical advice for local exhibitors
Focus on clarity and interaction. At an orientation fair, hands-on activities and the possibility to register interest on the spot increase conversion. Coordinate with local schools to organize timed group visits and maximize relevant footfall.
