Other squares focus on legislation and on raw materials and circularity, helping attendees find suppliers by functional requirement.
Key figures for the edition
Published figures from the event indicate 4,600 exhibitors and 10,000 unique contacts recorded in the previous edition. The schedule spans three days and targets decision makers from recycling firms, waste collection, industry, construction and municipal services.
Prospecting tactics and exhibitor tools
Plan compact meetings and group prospects by topic to reduce transit time. The organiser provides lead capture systems included with participation, such as Smart Badge Reader and Visit Connect; use them to speed post-event follow up. Book demo slots on your stand and cluster product showings around the theme squares most relevant to your offering.
Practical guidance for visiting professionals
Map your route from the exhibitor list and the floorplan before you arrive. Bring concise technical documentation that allows quick compatibility checks. Choose sessions and pitches in advance that match procurement or technical evaluation criteria to make on-site decisions more efficient.
