Commercial prospecting advice for exhibitors and buyers

Prioritize which exhibitors to visit and allocate dedicated demo slots. For suppliers bring representative samples in different materials to run through test sequences. For buyers prepare a one-page specification sheet with acceptance criteria and repeatability targets to share during meetings. Schedule time around the theme center sessions that match your application to maximize technical depth.

Use the on-site experts to resolve open technical points such as integration of sensors, automation options and environmental testing capabilities. If procurement decisions are imminent, request lead times and spare parts lists on the spot to shorten the commercial cycle.

Making the most of the event resources

Download the floor plan and presentation schedule before travel. Bring lab results and failure cases to compare under live testing. Confirm in advance whether an exhibitor can demonstrate tests under specific temperature or humidity conditions if those are critical for your components.

Closing note Live demonstrations combined with a dense technical program make TestXpo 2026 a useful moment to validate test equipment and shortlist suppliers. Plan demos and bring reference data to speed up decisions. Register and find details at https://www.testxpo.de
