How to prepare B2B prospecting at Subcontratación 2027
A clear commercial plan turns contacts into contracts. Use these actionable steps to sharpen prospecting on the show floor:
Before the event
- Map exhibitors and buyers in the official directory and prioritize companies by the process or component you supply.
- Craft concise, technical pitches for 15 to 20 minute meetings that highlight operational metrics and sector references.
On site
- Turn demonstrations into qualifying conversations by asking about cycle times, tolerances and service conditions. Procurement decisions in production hinge on measurable data.
- Arrange follow-ups on the spot and commit to sending a technical summary and a pilot proposal within 48 hours.
After the event
- Segment leads by purchasing capacity and decision stage. Prioritize pilot projects and recurring supply agreements.
