Dates and venue for Bea - Cheval 2027
The fair runs from 30 April to 9 May 2027 at BernExpo AG. The BERNEXPO-Areal hosts the PFERD section with key activities concentrated in Hall 13, where workshops and live demonstrations are scheduled.
What the PFERD section shows at Bea - Cheval 2027
PFERD collects equipment for riding, stable fittings, feed solutions and innovations from start-ups. The programme lists 15 horse breeds represented on site and a commercial offer ranging from stable mats and feeding stands to riding apparel and specialist accessories.
Practical demos and live crafts in Hall 13
The PFERD programme includes live farriery workshops, a saddle makers area showing the full process from cut to final fitting and a saddle test track to compare different models. Riding simulators reproduce dressage and vaulting sensations and there is a family-oriented Erlebniswelt PFERD for children to experience safe, guided activities and introductory vaulting.
Exhibitor profile and commercial prospecting at the fair
Exhibitors cover saddlery, horse feed producers, transport manufacturers and veterinary or welfare services. Companies attending to prospect should focus on three actions. One, schedule slots at saddlery and feed stands to run product tests with experts. Two, bring concise technical materials and small samples that allow quick validation on site. Three, secure meetings with transport suppliers since the outdoor area features trailers and trucks for horses and enables direct evaluation and purchase decisions.
