Agricultural machinery and animal production form a concentrated business agenda in early July at Minikowo. The KPODR site hosts a trade fair aimed at suppliers, producers and processors across the primary sector.
Practical information and venue
Agro-Tech Minikowo 2026 runs from 4 to 5 July in Minikowo. The venue is the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Agricultural Advisory Centre in Minikowo, listed as KPODR at Minikowo 1.
Organizer contacts and exhibitor listings are available through KPODR, which also publishes site plans and practical visitor information for scheduling meetings and machine demos.
Key figures
Organizers list 300 exhibitors and 35000 visitors for the event. The exhibition area covers approximately 12 hectares and the fair benefits from more than 40 years of organizational experience.
Sectors and exhibitor profile
The fair brings together manufacturers and distributors of agricultural machinery, animal production companies and food processing operators. Exhibitors present tillage equipment, livestock handling systems, animal production solutions and processing lines.
Visitor profiles combine farm operators, cooperatives, animal production technicians and buyers from processing plants, allowing equipment suppliers to meet procurement decision makers.
Preparing commercial outreach at Minikowo
Set daily objectives and prioritize meetings with exhibitors relevant to your product range. Carry technical documentation in digital format for immediate sharing. Book meeting slots and use opening hours for short demos; outdoor areas at the venue are suitable for machinery trials.
Pre-select target companies from the exhibitor catalogue and tag contacts with minimal, actionable notes: product, expressed need and proposed next step. After each interaction, send a concise follow-up with a clear proposal.
Final note and official link
Agro-Tech Minikowo 2026 concentrates a wide range of machinery and solutions for animal production and food processing into two working days. If your commercial activity focuses on these segments, plan visits around demos and the exhibitor list published by KPODR.
